        CPA USA Network Firm Advantage

CPA USA Network can assist in monitoring and developing existing operations, launching businesses in international markets and developing strategies and timing for future expansion. Given the dramatic changes to the business environment which are presently under way, CPA USA Network members are in constant communication with each other to ensure their clients are able to make decisions which capitalize on the best business opportunities and options.

CPA USA Network offers a number of other benefits to its members, which in turn benefit our clients. These include:

Peer Review: Firm on firm or association on firm, both at the PCPS and SEC levels. Peer Review is a requirement to maintain membership, and helps to ensure all firms maintain the highest quality.

Specialties List: A compilation of expertise within our Association so that if one of us needs help in a particular area, it is fairly easy to know who to contact. This feature of CPA USA Network gives our clients the depth and exposure clients of the largest CPA firms enjoy-while maintaining that local, personal interaction.

International Affilation: CPA USA Network maintains affilation with its counterparts, providing our members and their clients with ready access to services on an international scope.

CPA USA Network is divided into three regional areas of the United States [these also encompass the appropriate sections of Canada.] These regions are the Northern, Southern and Western. Each region is lead by a Regional Coordinator. Overall, CPA USA Network is directed by its five officers-National Coordinator [president], Secretary, Treasurer, Peer Review Director and Alternate Officer-and its three Regional Coordinators.

Annual dues are very modest, comparing extremely favorably with many other associations where dues often exceed $10,000 per year. We are able to maintain a modest dues structure by calling upon our members to be involved with each other, and to truly understand the functions of the Association and its benefits.

Our members take their involvement in CPA USA Network seriously. Typically 90% of our membership participates in our association-wide annual meetings. These meetings run three days-during which significant subject matter is covered. The agendas for these meetings are filled with programs that are geared to help us serve our clients as well as improve our own practices.

In addition to our annual meetings, each region holds one or two semi-annual meetings during the year-one in the fall or early winter, the other in the spring. Many times, two regions will join together for a joint regional meeting. This tends to improve the quality of the meeting, obtain more member input, and further strengthens our mutual relationships. These regional meetings last one or two days. We also have the opportunity to participate in the meetings of our International and Canadian affiliates.
